Trade Limits

Default Vendors
Default Vendors are cross-company contractors visible to all property managers. They must be manually assigned to jobs and cannot be auto-assigned by the AI system. Property managers can select these vendors under "Outside Vendor" when manually assigning contractors.
Property Documents
- Select Properties: Choose which properties you want to upload documents to. Documents will be available to tenants at those properties.
- Document Types: Select a category (Lease, Rules, etc.) and upload your file. The document will automatically appear in your tenants' Documents section in their app.
- Onboarding Templates: Documents uploaded here can also be included in Onboarding Packages. Go to the Onboarding tab to create templates that pull from these documents.
- Tenant View: Tenants will see their property's documents organized by category in their mobile app under the Documents tab.
- California Disclosures: Required CA disclosures are managed separately in the California Disclosures section and can be included in onboarding packages.
